Job Description: Position is responsible for the effective management
of agency Prevention programming, including planning, organizing,
and directing all functions and program staff. Duties include
development and administration of policy and procedure; program
and financial management; establishment of goals and objectives,

with staff and community resources; recruitment, orientation/training,
supervision and evaluation of all program staff. Position reports

Minimum education and experience: Bachelors Degree in the Human

• Masters degree in a Human Service field and two years
of relevant experience and Licensure: LCAS, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or
CCS.
• Experience with dual diagnosis addictions and/or substance
dependence/abuse.
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
